You will co create the sales execution plans and provide cross functional support to deliver results within their customer bases as a National Account Manager. Primarily you will be working with our online partners to drive profitability and volume sales performance.

What will you do in your role?
Working with one of our partners, you will drive share, sales & margin in order to achieve commercial success. Drive financial planning of the customer through business scenario planning, annual terms changes, budget management to P&L guidelines, & governance on key KPIs for the retailer.
We want you to create compelling customer engagement with the Miele business, have a category mindset within which you can place Miele plans in the context of the customer total category. Through your previous experience you will have the gravitas, change agility & people leadership skills to influence both the customer and Miele organisation to change, adapt or deliver required service levels for the customer.
Using your creativity, you will support the online store experiences that fulfil the Miele vision. Have a passion for consumer journey's (off / online), and able to track / breakdown performance into critical sales levers that can understand and create powerful selling plans with customers. Understanding the importance of being market aware and be able to place account plans within wider business planning processes so that all other channel dynamics are properly considered.
You will bring a good level of intelligence and commercial experience, be human focussed. We will look to see how your previous experience as a National Account Manager would add value to our organisation and future aspirations, and that you are passionate about the benefits of the Miele product range can offer to our customers. Additional skills developed through time working in different functions across Marketing and Finance would be advantageous to your application. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent excel capability.
We don’t always expect experience of working with home appliances, we would always look for the ability to apply your experience of managing retailer relationships and strategy to our market in particular with an online retailer.
In addition to a strong commitment to your personal development and growth, we can offer you salary up to £64,000 plus bonus (up to £85,000 OTE) and a car allowance coupled with competitive benefits package. The role will be hybrid, with a requirement to attend customer meetings nationally and business meetings at our Headquarters in Abingdon alongside working from home.
