This is based in our only Miele Outlet Store in the UK based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. It offers our customers the opportunity to own an unboxed or refurbished Miele appliances at a reduced price. We still strive to provide a premium experience for every consumer who comes to us. Our team consult and advise on products to meet consumer needs via a telephone call or in person, this could be for fitting out an entire kitchen or simply buying accessories such as detergents for their washing machine

In this role you will be...
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will sell and advise customers in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances, with the possibility of up-grading products whilst promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.
The Outlet has products on sale from all categories and all ranges, however it is extremely popular, and stock can sell very quickly so we operate on a 'first come, first served' basis, you will guide the team to be creative and support the buying journey of the customer through to delivery to ensure sales stay high and consumer needs are met.
We offer a premium experience to our customers so you may also be involved in large and smaller scale events for both products and accessories. Working as a team you will strive to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team. Our customers are loyal and inquisitive, you will be required to demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face to face and written. You'll be confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to quotations and queries.
You will bring previous experience of working in a customer facing role and can demonstrate credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to affectively multi task. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.
