Delivering memorable demonstrations, bespoke consultations & exceptional customer service, our Experience Centre's forge the link between Kitchen Dealers, consumers, and Miele, by giving opportunities to close the sale either directly or through our partner network. 

Miele Experience Centre's are different to normal retail stores, with lower footfall but higher value customer transactions.  We strive to provide a premium experience for every consumer, whether they are kitting out an entire new kitchen, or dropping in to buy some replacement detergents for their washing machine.

In this role you will be...

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a natural salesperson and both confident and capable when hosting clients, providing detailed quotes to fit their needs and delivering memorable instore demonstrations.  You will bring an ability to form relationships with clients and manage a longer sales process that could incorporate multiple visits and discussions.  Ideally we are looking for sales consultants who have previous experience in lifestyle sales or delivering bespoke solutions in a store environment. 

Working as a team you will strive to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team. Our customers are loyal and inquisitive, you will be required to demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face to face and written. You'll be confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to quotations and queries.

You will bring previous experience of working in a customer facing role and can demonstrate credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to affectively multi task. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.

What can we offer you?

As this is a new store we have a variety of shift patterns available for part time colleagues, if you are joining us on a part time basis you will normally be required to work weekends.

Part Time - £13.16 per hour ideally working 3 days per week,  we normally ask that you can work across one day across a weekend within this pattern. Holiday will be pro rata and based on the full time equivalent detailed above.

We are open to the working pattern and would urge you to complete your availability in your application, your preferred working pattern and hours.  This is a permanent ongoing part time role.
