  • I’ve been working for Miele for over 10 years. I became a senior tech within 3 years of my development plan and never looked back. I enjoy my role as it brings so much variation and allows me to work with a strong, engaging team. But more importantly, I can bring joy to support my Team and our consumers, and continue to drive premium service across London.


  • I joined Miele 15 months ago from a gas engineering background and I am now a gas technician with Miele working on multiple appliances. Since joining, the support, encouragement and guidance from my team and manager have been phenomenal. Miele is a company where you not only learn about yourself, but you begin to better yourself and push yourself. The prospects to develop have been fantastic. In 12 months, I was able to develop into a Miele Technician, expanding my responsibilities and owning my progression. At Miele, you feel as if you are a part of the family.
