OUR APPROACH TO RECRUITMENT
Miele GB are a great brand with passion and pride, a sales subsidiary for the Miele Group of around 335 people. Our needs are normally based on business priorities that we have right now and it's important for us and you that we are the right company for the next stage in your career journey.
We have an application and selection process that is pretty thorough so please be patient if you have to wait, we do aim to respond to everyone who applies.
Our process is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible and to help you get the most out of it and is dependent on level and requirements of the role.

If you’re uploading your CV, tailor it to the job where possible and it really helps if everything is clear, concise and correct with no typos or spelling mistakes.
We love a covering letter (which is optional) to bring out the experience most relevant for the job advertised, it's great when people highlight relevant or transferable experience. Highlight your key achievements and "Why you" are right for us.

If you are shortlisted for an interview, you will be contacted regarding the details of the interview and the style that it will take.

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
The interview stages, normally 2 or 3 can take place either in person at one of our locations, normally the HQ or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
We will always contextualise the role, give you an honest insight to what is required and then give you chance to bring your experience to life in relation to our requirements. We will also have a series of questions based on competencies and normally a job related task to get to know what you bring to the table.
Its a two way process so consider preparing questions in advance.

THE OUTCOME
We will contact you if you are successful with a verbal job offer. You will then receive your contact and be prompted to confirm your acceptance electronically. This formal acceptance marks the commencement of your onboarding process.
We try to promptly notify you post-interview and, if desired, offer constructive feedback upon request. Our aim is to keep you informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency and responsiveness.
In the event that you are not selected for the position, we are sorry. We are humbled at the volume of people who want to join us, but there's only room for the few we can take on, but please apply again if you see something suitable.
