CRM Manager - Fixed Term until Feb 2026 (Maternity Cover)
Can you use your data-driven CRM expertise and campaign knowledge to drive innovative, engaging and premium campaigns to maximise the customer lifetime value and retention of Miele customers alongside the development of brand recognition and choice across D2C and B2B2C.

In your new role
Reporting into the Head of Brand, Media and Communications, you will lead the customer data acquisition strategy alongside the implementation of CRM and Loyalty Programme strategies designed to nurture and strengthen customer relationships and drive sales. Through your work with the E-com, D2C and local commercial teams, you will drive D2C and B2B2C growth through effective, results-oriented performance marketing campaigns. Customer data analysis will support you to provide insight and influence strategic decisions with stakeholders.
Your significant commercial acumen and technical CRM expertise allows you to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders up to SLT and lead on cross-functional projects relating to your expertise across a UK and IE setting.
This role is fixed term until the end of February 2026 as maternity cover.
Job responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Take full accountability for our own CRM and customer data acquisition performance driving brand awareness, customer loyalty and premium marketing content. Maximise opportunity for conversion, brand awareness and sales.
- Project Leadership: Lead on the development of CRM functionality and the implementation of a Loyalty Program strategy to nurture and strengthen customer relationships and drive sales.
- Strategic Reporting: Using your data-expertise and commercial acumen you will define and monitor customer centric KPIs/dashboard in alignment with CX and CRM team.
- Communication Measures: Planning and realisation of specific on- and offline communication measures for loyalty program members, in collaboration with PR & Communication and Events & Brand Activation.
- Customer Segmentation and Analysis: Create and maintain customer segments to develop personalized and relevant communication measures as well as managing and analysing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior to inform strategic decision making. Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyse performance of consumer campaigns and generate reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively to plan CRM activities alongside the E-Com and own Webshop, D2C and local commercial team as well as providing insight and input to stakeholders up to SLT level.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all data protection laws and manage the Consumer database to define and select target audiences in compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
- Customer centric with commercial mindset highlighting experience in maximising opportunities and championing propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Sales, BA or equivalent) would be advantageous but not essential.
- Significant experience in CRM management and data analytics with a track record of data analytics for driving strategic insight and customer segmentation.
- Demonstratable application of strong business acumen and commercial awareness in a strategic context.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders up to SLT both internally and externally.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
- Willingness to travel
