With 15 years service, Alicia shares how her career has progressed with Miele whilst balancing with family life
Tell us about your career journey through Miele?
I joined Miele in September 2007. I needed something that worked for me and my family while my children were very young. I joined as a Weekend Product Adviser working in our flagship Experience Centre in Abingdon.
I loved working with our amazing products and sharing just how fantastic they are with customers visiting the Centre.
Miele was already a part of my DNA, following my Mum who worked for Miele for over 24 years. I have been with Miele ever since, building my career, increasing my hours as my family have grown up and I am now in a senior management role responsible for our own retail stores in six locations across the country.
Miele has provided ongoing support, development & progression opportunities and flexibility to enable me to grow in confidence and succeed.
