After working within the same company for 20 years, changing job felt like a huge risk, especially as I was moving into a totally different sector and product! However, during my research for the interview, I was immediately struck by how closely aligned Miele was to my core values.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of joining Miele?


I found the whole team very engaging and willing to help so never be afraid to ask questions or for help and advice. Get in front of the actual equipment or out on a working site as I found that extremely beneficial and it really helped speed up my learning and confidence.
